Since opening his Woodbury clinic in 1978, Dr. Ned has built a thriving family practice that provides cosmetic, restorative, implant and comprehensive dentistry. He is a graduate of Hamline University and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. As a consultant, he has helped pioneer adhesive dentistry with 3M Dental products.

Dr. Nippoldt's cosmetic work recently won a gold medal at the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's annual meeting. The cosmetic implant case was entered in the category of Special Effects.

Dr. Ned advocates continuing education and is an advanced graduate student of the elite LVI School for Advanced Dental Studies. This commitment to ongoing learning enables him to offer innovative treatments and technologies to his patients. He is a participating member of many professional organizations, including a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Academy of Laser Dentistry(AALD); American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID); American Dental Association (ADA); Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS); Minnesota Dental Association (MDA); and the St. Paul District Dental Society (SDDS).

Dr. Ned and his wife live in Woodbury, MN, where they raised their two children. In his spare time, Dr. Ned enjoys painting, sculpture, cooking, gardening and fishing.

Cosmetic Dentistry Team

Kathy, Tissue Therapist: Kathy is a registered dental hygienist with 25 years of experience in providing hygiene for guests of all ages. She is certified to deliver local anesthetic to those who want to be numb during their procedure. Kathy's experience and enthusiasm is a benefit for all dental guests she treats. Not only is she trained to provide routine care, but she also is experienced in treating those who require periodontal therapy, care for dental implants and maintenance of cosmetic restorations.

Michelle, Guest Coordinator: Michelle is a certified registered dental assistant with a great enthusiasm for providing excellent dental care for our guests. She has trained - along with Dr. Nippoldt - at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Michelle is a wealth of information regarding whitening. She also is our expert at imaging guests' smiles on our computer, so that they may "envision" what a new smile might look like.

Meg, Administrative Concierge: Meg is usually the first voice you hear when calling and the first face you see when you enter our office. She always is connected to the heartbeat of the office and helps to keep the day clicking efficiently. Meg helps our dental guests schedule appointments; answers guests' questions about insurance and files claims for them ; and works with our guests to create financial arrangements that fit their budgets, so they may enjoy the dentistry they want and need.

Jill, Guest Relations Manager: Jill works closely with Meg, our administrative concierge, and is ultimately responsible for overseeing the programs to provide the little extras for our dental guests (warm towels, blankets, scented candles, etc.) She is always on the lookout for ways to make our dental visits as comfortable and stress free as possible. Jill also schedules the staff speaking engagements and is the liaison between our office and the community.
